Leadership needed clearer visibility of what was happening, which issues required intervention and who was accountable for resolving them.
The Work
The work focused on strengthening delivery control through clearer governance, improved planning, more consistent reporting, stronger dependency management and clearer escalation routes.
It also involved improving how risks, decisions and delivery priorities were presented to leadership.
